The coach’s poll is an absolute joke STILL having ‘Cuse ahead is us LOL!! The one that matters in the end - as we know too well - is RPI.

The old boy network is tough to crack.

This might've been true 10-15 years ago, but college lacrosse today is as nouveau riche as its ever been. There are more non-blue bloods ranked in the current coaches poll top-10 than blue bloods. Four of the last six national champions won their first (or only) title within the last decade. Meanwhile, Syracuse and Virginia are nearing a decade without titles and Hopkins hasn't won one in over 10 years.

The old boy network is tough to crack. We need to bust the door down. They aren't going to open it for us.
The B1G going 6-2 verse the ACC helps. But this is just more proof of the ACC coaches trying to inflate their SOS. I don’t blame them, but Cuse is 9th with a 4-3 record. That’s real cute

RPI

Game at Maryland is chance for a quality win without getting hurt if it is a loss.

Its all out in front of us. Losses to #33 and #35 is not good, but they can be minimized with solid conference play.

That's true from a competitive standpoint. I don't believe that's true from a tournament selection standpoint.
