The timing of Mr. and Mrs. Southern's visit is EXACTLY what we need! Southern is here as a Minister Of The Faith, ordained by the Church Of The SEC, in which football isn't a religion but is THE religion, to preach the good news that all is not lost, that there will be a resurrection, and that even though not everyone will be in the Blue Lot on this great and glorious Saturday, that we at Rutgers will eventually live in peace and harmony as we set aside our occasional implosions and dumpster fires. Yes, Southern--preach it, brother!!

We will be in the Blue lot thanks to many generous friends!

AND, while the arrests ARE serious, the loyalty of the fans towards the team should not be diminished. This is still Rutgers University.

The program is larger than 4-5 players. Larger than a coach. I will be wearing my Rutgers clothes and pulling for the team. It is time to rally around the team and support the players.

This storm shall pass, and it probably will get worse before it gets better, but the team and the school deserve our support.
