Mens Basketball Scholarship Distrubution, How Many are Open?

So ncaa allows 13. I believe we played with 12 this season. With CJ leaving that means if everyone were to come back we'd have 2 Schollies open (Baker and Souf). If 2 guys transfer lets assume we fill one with Doucoure reclassifying and then that leaves one open. I'd like to leave that open for a grad transfer who can either shoot from 3 and stretch the floor for us or a big 5 like CJ.

Any ideas on who we could potentially target?
