Michigan vs FSU who do we root for?

Always hope the teams you play win so when you beat them it means something. Our win over Michigan in 2014 meant very little because they sucked. It's not about other teams dropping closer to Rutgersfanexchage.com level it is about Rutgers getting to Michigan's level.
Oh it meant something because of Michigan's ego.

My daughter in law is an FSU grad and big fan but a fat lazy slob. Makes my son do everything. Kids, housework, etc. Just put up with them over Xmas. As much as dislike Michigan, I hope they knock the snot out of the Noles.
This is the best reason so far, but I'm still rooting for the Noles. Just cannot stand Harbaugh.

Completely agree. When the Big East was fighting for relevancy, and you were trying to defend the quality of your conference slate... it made sense to cheer them on in the postseason. Now? Not so much. A Michigan win is just another chestnut for khakis to trot out on the recruiting trail. Good things happening to our division mates is no longer good for us by association.

Yeah, I think I'm with you on this. Always rooted for fellow BE teams OOC, but B1G teams? Yeah, not so much. Michigan was my favorite team until I went to RU and I've mostly liked them since then, but Harbaugh and Co. and their d-bag fans have really put that to the test. Probably won't root for anything other than an entertaining game, as FSU is no favorite of mine.

Routing for FSU to win ... So UM can stop annoying us about not being in the playoffs ... Same as PSU.
