Here is my first article on Ash.

Also, I wanted to mention that if he is fired without cause, he is guaranteed the rest of his contract, no matter what. I had a little more time to read over his contract.

The buyout part of the contract is 600k per every year left on his contract. That buyout would be applicable to a situation where another school wanted to hire him.
