Relevant to first game, I'd take Shaka Smart or (yesterday) Mark Few among the number of coaches I would put in tiers above Danny Hurley.Could be a chalky day
Except they can be aggressive going for a steal and a foul stops the clockFascinating where having no fouls hurts you.
Shaka? Definitely not. Few is terrificRelevant to first game, I'd take Shaka Smart or (yesterday) Mark Few among the number of coaches I would put in tiers above Danny Hurley.
BTW go Buffs
Shaka was made to look like a genius when the Buffs missed those wide open threes. Great coaching!Shaka? Definitely not. Few is terrific
He makes a left hand hook shot at crunch time.Kolek is a really nice PG-----smart and tough.
Buffs played well, but Kolek just hustled to get that rebound. Kudos to himShaka? Definitely not. Few is terrific
They should have stayed in locker room .Purdue leads 56-35 early second half.I would not be surprised all number one seeds reach quarter finals. The talent disparity is too wide along with the fan support in the arena.Utah St still in the lockerroom
Eeriely similar, our game was 22-21 when Purdue started their run, and Utah St was 25-24.This is like our game at Mackey
AbsolutelyI hope Purdue continues to play like they did today. Make the B10 proud!
Was that Kent Culuko (sp?)? He was from Jersey originally but I also remember him throwing a dirty elbow in one of our guys’ eyes either at the RAC or down there. He was not a fan favorite.Let’s go James Madison !
I remember an early 90s game at the RAC where JMU coached by Lefty Driesell took it to Rutgers. There was also a guy on that team that testified at Jayson Williams trial
Yeah, a couple of turds today after that first one.JMU looks like it went on a 2-day bender after beating Wisconsin.
Hopefully Clemson-Baylor is better than this...
