I predict Griffith to Rutgers unless Stanford and their 30 billion dollar endowment brings the sport back...If Shane wins tonight it would be such a black eye for Stanford not that it already isn't. I guess UPenn would be another option because JB is there now.

Great tourney for Poz. Keckeisen is a heck of a freshman too. Those guys are neck and neck and will likely battle the next 4 or 5 years. Both seem like class acts too and mutually respect each other.

It's very rare but it does happen...If National finalist Griffith wants to attend UPenn next year it will probably happen..If he wants to attend Cornell it would Definitely happen.

5-4. It was a great battle. The two went after each other with constant action almost the whole match. Keckeisen started backing and stalling at the end to try and protect a two point lead.
If Suriano is going to be there, wouldn't Raimo want to know that? Of course, Nick would be a great practice partner but if Raimo is coming to wrestle, there's a bottleneck.
Why would Griffith choose Rutgers other than home state, which didn't play into it before?
Can Alvarez come up two weights and beat Aragona after he (Aragona) has had two years to develop?

Maybe Suriano and Raimo did talk. Because Stanford canceled the program. Making Rutgers a real option for Griffith.
Time will tell about Alvarez moving up in weight. Having competition at each weight class is a good thing. They both have a redshirt to use.
The lack of depth has hurt the team in the past.
Yes, but Suriano's arrival hurt depth. We had a couple of good guys depart. It's a balance but it's certainly a good thing to get those top guys. I would think Suriano owes it to the coach and teammates to give an indication of his intent.
Your potential line-up is great, although very optimistic. Most times those big names go elsewhere. Of course, there's Suriano and Rivera that did choose to wrestle at home even if elsewhere first.
The Citadel is the closest wrestling school to where I now live. Now you know why I still follow Rutgers.
