Basically there were complaints that long time fans were not appreciated in the priority point system.
Rutgers Athletics Loyalty Program bonus point structure:5-9 years of purchase: 1 bonus point
10-19 years of purchase: 2 bonus points
20-29 years of purchase: 4 bonus points
30-39 years of purchase; 6 bonus points
40-49 years of purchase: 8 bonus points
50+ years of purchase: 10 bonus points
