No one is saying that Ash is absolutely going to fail, what people are saying is that as of right now, he needs to improve a fair amount as a coach and maybe make a few staff changes in the offseason. Calm down. You've been rabidly angrily acting as Coach Ash's guard dog for a month now.

RU fans unfortunately have to be patient...or root for another team. I'm still perplexed by the coordinator/assistant coach hires. Overall, we needed more seasoned coaches.

This is a valid point. And while I still think many guys were great, esp for recruiting purposes, I think more experience was needed on the staff. Maybe Ash will make some changes.
