For the three months I've been trying to get a PATH Smart Link Senior Card to complement the one I was able to obtain from the NYC Transit Authority in less than three hours.

The problem is this:Unlike NYC,PATH does not have an office to which you can go to get the card. They did prior to 9/11,but have since closed their offices to the public while allowing free access to any Tsaranev clone downstairs in the station. There's a man with a gun over there if you protest this arrangement. He will however give you another application if you wish to again start the merry go round.

The application requires notarization, proof of age, plus a photo which can be scanned, eliminating photos from licenses, etc. This is a real pain. Finally,I got a passport photo which I mailed in last week.

Still no answer.

I'm trying to find a way to contact a higher up,but haven't been able to do so.

Should I contact Congressman Sires?
