Off campus contact with recruit before senior year

There are certain period where coaches may have contact with recruits. One of them is during the camp period. There are specific rules to the camps like they must be open events and not by invitation only. If there is a charge to participate it must apply to everyone. It must occur during a schools 3 week camp period.
