Once the new coach is selected

Can we not bash him or the AD right off the bat please. The board is already split on the candidates. Whether it's Golden, Schiano, Cristobal or whomever gets the job let's support the coach and program.

Trust me I was the biggest advocate of firing Flood for years. I'm happy he's gone and we have moved on so let's do our best to support Rutgers, Hobbs, the new coaching staff and most importantly the players. It's going to take some time to rebuild this program. Like Hobbs asked "be patient".

I say we agree to mercilessly boo the new coach when he takes the field for the first time next season. Kind of a "this is what you get when you haven't done anything wrong - imagine what happens if you take out a notepad and write on it during the game" kind of thing.

I can guarantee there are posters here that if they were the head coach they would be calling for themselves to get fired... Your always going to have a group unhappy with a hire
