RU should make it clear that he can earn starter's minutes if he is the best player at the position. Don't be overly loyal to the existing players if you get an opportunity to upgrade. While our team has stayed relatively intact this off season, this new environment of player procurement will not reward loyalty on either side. To use a familiar phrase this is becoming more relevant to college athletics "its just business"
