OT: 2023 Transfer Portal Activity (non-RU related)

For now at least might be able to transfer multiple times without needing a coaching change or grad transfer etc…

I say it all the time. Every situation and person is different and you can’t paint with broad strokes.
Cam Ward is one of the biggest qbs out in the portal now and will likely get a nice NIL deal but WSU had him for two years from Houston Baptist. Even Penix didn’t go to UW for NIL, he went for DeBoer. Cant pigeon hole every transfer as solely for NIL.
Just posted last year’s MAC player of the year qb just transferred to IU. Will he be good? I dont know but seems like he could be a potential solid contributor for them. Potential contributors are out there to be found and not all cost a ton of money.

Posts from X (Tweets) don't seem to be loading. Do you "see" the same thing. I switched browsers to see if it was a Firebox issue, but seems to be an issue on Edge too.
Yea I noticed that started happening some time last night. I wasn't sure if it was just me or others. I know another poster started a thread about it a week or two ago but it wasn't happening to me at that time.
It's happening on all my devices both Apple and Windows and all browsers Chrome, Safari and Edge. Shutting down devices and also logging out and back in and clearing cookies didn't make any difference. I figure it must be a Rivals or Twitter issue if multiple people are having the same problem.
You can still click on the tweets to see the info in them but obviously that's a pain, especially when there are so many.
I like how @cicero grimes "liked" my post, and I may assume he is having the same issue, or he just likes me!
I use Ublock Origin adblocker, which is VERY heavy handed, but perhaps that is not the issue. My daughter is an ace at this stuff, and I will enlist her to help an old man out and send me a bowl of prunes for breakfast so that I can get regular again.
The other issue that cropped up a couple of months ago with this site, is that I used to have it on my home page feed, which I run through protopage. I like that home page because I aggregate all of my feeds in one place. It's like a whiteboard/corkboard with all of my favorites loaded. But for the football and other boards, I get this:
"politique de confidentialite" WTF?
EDIT:- So i translated the link, and I'm guessing when Verizon sold Yahoo, the new company's developers put some enhanced ad tracking and third party site crap on this site. @DJ Spanky , isn' this your job to fix all this crap? I mean I gave you a hat. Can you help a luddite out?

I see QB KJ Jefferson from Arkansas is in the transfer portal played 4 years and great numbers for a college QB. #13 QB rated for the NFL. He won’t make much money in the Pros but one more year in college will get him $2-3 million.
