However, at Baylor they were raping girls, which is real assault by anyone's standards.

BTW the high incident of rape at PoSU has been document for decades, Back in the mid 90s my daughter was looking at schools and she dumped PoSU as soon as she review the stats she was 17, now some 20 years later nothing has changed maybe even worse, if a parent or student does not do any research on school shame on them!
