I love it as it mimics the baseball team. It's simple, easily identifiable, and works for me.

Agreed on the logo. If we only ever talked football, we'd be much better off, lol...

Yeah I actually thought it was a joke too-at least put some yellow in there. Really a shame for a team that I think has a great uni.

I worked for Coopers & Lybrand back when they merged with Price Waterhouse in the 90's - both Big 8 accounting firms. They paid some firm out of Chicago $16mil to come up with PricewaterhouseCoopers for the new name of the combined firms. Really? $16mil? For that?

Must be a Big 8/Big 6 thing. When Deloitte & Touche rebranded, the logo went to Deloitte with a green period at the end. When we got stiffed on raises that year, the running joke was that all the $$$ went to paying for "the green dot".
I went into the wrong profession.
