What exactly was going on that the cops were chasing the drones? Were they being flown over crowds, in restricted air space, into peoples' backyards? Flying a drone at night is no longer illegal and that video shows that the drone had the required lights on it. So what was the problem?

Supposedly the drones flew over Somerset Airport, Trump National Bedminster, and Picatinny Arsenal. Picatinny and Somerset are restricted airspace. Likely just hobbiests.
