A jury in U.S. District Court ordered the NFL to pay nearly $4.8 billion in damages Thursday after ruling that the league violated antitrust laws in distributing out-of-market Sunday afternoon games on a premium subscription service.

Why wouldn't they want to sell Sunday ticket on every possible available platform? Like Verizon Fios, Cox, internet etc? Instead of only offering it on satellite?

So they can charge more? Seems like you could make more money with more customers.
