This is not meant to start a "Fire Flood" discussion, but I always like to see other people's opinions of young coaches. Seems that many schools go the young and hungry route when picking the next head coach and there are good candidates in here. When looking at them, there aren't many with ties to the Northeast (Ohio background might be the closest) and a significant number are west coast guys.
I really like Matt Campbell as a head coach and think that he'll get his shot at a bigger school in the next year or so. Fleck can recruit, for sure, but want to see him beat better teams and take the next step this year.
In addition to those already on here, if it would include 40 year olds I think you'd see Brian Polian's name there as well.
