I am sceptical a Cook County jury would side with him...much like I was that a Middlesex County jury would have with Rice or Flood.
Granted, it's definitely a Plaintiff friendly jurisdiction but I would expect a lot more sympathy for players who I imagine would testify.
I guess we'll see if NW and/or their Insurer are less risk averse than the RU law dept!
