OT: Saw this on Facebook about psu

So basically, a former PSU letterman, one of the best linebackers to ever play the game in college/NFL, recruited by Joe Paterno, played for Joe Paterno, KNEW Joe Paterno, should not want him vindicated?? A man that Arrington felt affected his life positively? A school that he loves and has had a positive experience at?

You're pathetic for claiming to be a facebook friend of Arrington's and then reposting his post (which is public now anyway) to get clicks and start yet another endless negative discussion about PSU. That says more about you than anything Lavar would post about a person he cared about. But, alas, it does appear to always be the highlight of your board so carry on...

I'll bet Arrington knew what was going on too. Boys were being raped right under his nose. In the locker room he changed in. At events he attended. By the coaches he worked for. Another apologist looking to keep his name out of the mud.

Um, I am outside of State College sweet pea. Never lived in PA a day in my life. Oh, and I didn't really notice when the OP posted and when I responded, but thanks for timing me. It's all good.

Yet you're here, constantly, defending folks who covered up children being raped because you like their football team. That says a lot.

This clown allowed a child to go to cult U.

And Arrington, if he is the source of the diatribe,
thinks only one person was guilty of anything.
So he is also an idiot.

Will the three stooges ever have a trial?

Well, again I made a lot of money in this thread. LOL

They'll never pay up though.

Actually Joe Paterno's knowledge, or lack thereof, is immaterial to the insurance case, because he wasn't an "executive officer," i.e. the university president or a trustee.

>Sandusky was employed by PSU as an Assistant Football Coach and Assistant Professor of Physical Education from 1969 until his retirement in 1999.1 PMA claims Sandusky committed several acts of molestation early in his career at PSU: in 1976, a child allegedly reported to PSU’s Head Football Coach Joseph Paterno, that he (the child) was sexually molested by Sandusky; in 1987, a PSU Assistant Coach is alleged to have witnessed inappropriate contact between Sandusky and a child at a PSU facility; in 1988, another PSU Assistant Coach reportedly witnessed sexual contact between Sandusky and a child; and also in 1988, a child’s report of his molestation by Sandusky was allegedly referred to PSU’s Athletic Director.<

But the Cult of Joe "The Enabler" will be able to claim that wasn't proven because ( from Article) :
>Also, the victim who made the allegation against Paterno has apparently reached a confidential settlement with Penn State. Odds are this victim will not make his identity known or ever talk about his claim about Paterno.<

Or at least not as bad as having criminals on your football team in 2015. Yeah, I went there. But I'm done having fun with you folks--it's been a while.

The difference is, our guilty parties were dealt with; removed from the team AND the University.

Whilst at State Penn, it was ignored because it might affect the Program.

TOO DAMNED EASY! Sorry to throw facts into your delusions.

You can quote news articles and unsubstantiated allegations all you'd like, but at the end of the day what I said was 100% correct: If Joe knew anything, at anytime, is irrelevant to the insurance case, because he wasn't an "executive officer." Therefore, his knowledge would not invalidate the policies and coverage at those times. That was all I was trying to say. If you choose to base your opinions based on claims by a company looking to save itself tens of millions of dollars, well, let's just say I wouldn't necessarily agree with that approach.
