Agreed. She was on the cover of some fashion magazine recently and looked like a dude in drag. And, an ugly dude at that.

I've really enjoyed watching Serena the last few years and she seems like a class act every time I see her. Gracious in victory or defeat and someone we should all support and root for. Some pretty miserable people in this thread, if you ask me.

I don't know who is the best ever and it is difficult to determine who it will be. But, that last set to win number 22 was amazing and total dominance.

If Serena played in that eta, I'm bit saying she would have dominated, but she would've given all of them a hard time. Serena is like a more athletic Martina Navratilova, with a dominant serve. She is extremely tough to beat.

I think that a lot of people forget just how athletic she really is. I don't think that any of the females in that era would have found her to be an easy opponent. They could have found her to be one of the least likely opponent to face in any match.

I was at her house for a pool party. Seeing her and Venus in bikinis was rather interesting. Venus is very nice. Serena, not so much. And their bodies are totally different. Venus is much longer. Serena is just a big ball of muscle. Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if she was on something. It looks pretty unnatural. But it wouldn't surprise me if any pro athlete is on something.

She's the best ever. Won the last match with power. Kerner was overwhelmed with Serena's serve, especially at the end!

I think Steffi was more dominant and got the same grand slam titles at a quicker rate then Serena.

the game is more than just physical...its hard to compare eras because the game has changed..each era was so different. You can say Margaret Court, Martina, Chrissie, Steffi and Serena are in the top 5 but where they all place is tough because they were at their peak at such different times and Seles would also be in there if she wasnt stabbed.

Serena just hasnt faced the competition like some others. Her biggest competition was Venus who hasnt been on top of her game for ten years now. Mentally I dont know how she would fare against Martina, Chris and Steffi especially Chris who was so cool out there..the ice princess

Serena a great tennis player with no real competition. The Italian women who beat her last year at the US Open was able to run down every shot, serve and volley and simply put hustle her. Listen, I'm not going to tear her down, she's clearly great. But keep in mind that we live in an era where hardcore workouts for women athletes are acceptable, improved nutrients and much much better equipment. Like I said above a great player with no real threat to play against.

I think that it's amazing that anyone thinks that anyone who wins in any sport is "clean". People need to f*cking come to terms with the fact that every winner takes something. Also, who cares. They made a choice anyone else would have made. It's time to accept it and move on.

The faux outrage whenever someone states the truth is ridiculous. The theory that you are somehow slandering a person who wins clean is like believing in unicorns. That person doesn't exist.
