yes, here on hilton head island we are expecting 18" of hard rain through Sunday. We are a barrier island at sea level so there may be some surge.

upstate by clemson is expecting more of a hit.

In Western NC it has been raining since last Thursday. A lot of places have already had over a foot of rain before this storm

Lots of rain fell and continues to fall here in the Sandhills of NC. No flash flooding, yet, as the rain, so far, seems to be coming at a rate that is being absorbed by stormdrains and such.

Have to drive out to Boone in western NC on Sunday and will return late Monday, though. That could be dicey.

Staying put here in Greenville. Imagine a typical all day rain but on steroids. That is what it is like here.

College Gameday and Clemson/ND is going to be a quagmire. I will have more now casting reports later.

TV audience should be huge. Game will be entertaining, with this weather.
