OT: Stock and Investment Talk

We are “here” because the crypto industry backed by some of the richest people in the world convinced (likely paid off) politicians and our president to push their crypto agenda. If I knew this was going to happen I would have had a different POV.
We are here because of regulatory clarity mixed with the halving cycle. I tried to tell you this six months ago, right down to telling you the grifters would be out grifting…

This was a very well talked about possibility as the btc etf was approved. Regulatory clarity increases investors comfort, which increases popularity, which increases price. Pretty simple actually. When it lines up with a rather well established halving cycle, you have a recipe for these ridiculous increases. You also have a recipe for the likes of Iggy Azela, Kaitlyn Jenner, Jason Derulo to be pumping shitcoins.

Why does anyone need to know how Bitcoin works? You always come up with these odd hurdles for things to clear. Your Bitcoin takes have been awful for years now. You laughed at 100k Bitcoin for years and yet here we are. You seem to think you have an understanding of the market for Bitcoin, respectfully you don’t. 20 days ago I said it would hit 100-150k within a year. You said that prediction wouldn’t age well and it could only happen if massive amounts of money were pulled from equities and gold. It’s taken all of three weeks for that take to age well and equities and gold seem to be just fine.
To be honest, your take may not age well. In a year, BTC may be approaching $300-400K! :)

If a banana and duct tape sell for $6.2M then who knows how high BTC can go. With regulators and Trump now seemingly in the crypto industry’s back-pocket and politicians busy buying it’s never going down. I’ve heard rumors that the crypto industry is responsible for Trump crushing the swing states. Seems crazy but who knows.

In the meantime, so far so good on JOBY 10%+ so thanks to whoever mentioned that one.

You’re welcome

LUNR popping 15%. I sold puts and bought calls earlier in the week. So they were up big.

Z was the final trade for Gerstner today. Up 5.9%

CCJ up 5.8% to new ATH's. Broke out past resistance that dated back to 2008.

NOVA made a come back too, now up 24%. Unfortuneatley that call order I put in when the stock was down a couple weeks ago didn't hit.

Yeah cause flying taxi's????
That’s the future of next gen mass transportation and may even play into the robotaxi dream. City traffic congestion is pure hell. Less cars on city streets are better for robotaxis. Imagine boarding a flying taxi in Secaucus and landing in Battery Park in a matter of minutes at an affordable price. Sign me up.

I have a hard time seeing this on a large scale at some point in the next couple decades.

Edit: Then again Uranium is ripping even though it takes forever to build a reactor.

And there wouldn't be congestion in the air if it were affordable? No lights? No lanes? Would be interesting to see what happens when the flying taxis collide and end up on a slightly less crowded road beneath.

You don’t think people said the same thing about cars on local roads and highways? The taxis will follow the same exact flight pattern. At least we already have air traffic technology and there are plenty of helicopters in and out of NYC. Regardless, I’m not saying this will happen anytime soon.
