That story highlights what I've been saying about KC - they are an easy team to like with some great players/coaches but they have a record of tragedies like I've never seen on a team. Parade shootings, Derrick Thomas, Rashee Rice, Jovan Belcher, 3 fans freezing to death - one big fan even on the DC plane that crashed into the Potomac. Its nuts

Fair enough. But I think if you search enough, you can find great storylines or sentimental storylines with most teams. The Chiefs have had some serious heartbreak with high-profile players though.

I forgot Andy Reid's son (and a KC coach) driving drunk and injuring a 5 year old kid in 2021. Another son killed himself but that was at Philly. If I was in KC and they win SB I wouldn't go near their parade unless I was wearing Kevlar

Yeah that’s probably a good decision. I’m an Eagle fan so I hope we avoid all that anyway. 😁

I can't name a Kendrick Lamar song.

I realize he is currently popular but didn't the standards for Super Bowl halftime based on strong wide appeal and long history of popularity

Now its just artistic the moment

1. I rooted for the Eagles way before I ever rooted for Rutgers.
2. You're talking about one player on each team. What about the other 52?
3. Saquon is one of the nicest people and best teammates in the entire league.

Geez, I just want to watch the last precious football game before next September. The problem is I am host to a Superbowl party and I will have to attend to the womenfolk while the game is on. I put out Scrabble, Dominoes and a few board games. I am wondring if I should lock them in the bathroom while the game is on. Any suggestions? And obvously I am NOT politically correct.

Doesn't matter what side you are rooting for, I think one thing we can agree on is that the official Super Bowl font is horrible.
