I guess that depends on the size of the crowds for nascar at these tracks. And, I suppose, if you think that nascar is a sporting event.

Indianapolis Speedway holds 276,000. If you consider auto racing a sport, then this is no where close. For humans, Maracana stadium in Brazil had nearly 200k for a soccer match as well.
