Coach Prime improves to 2-7 since I started this thread with wins over CSU and NDSU. Next week's game against Baylor will be an interesting test for them.

At one point early on it looked like Colorado had all the momentum and then Baylor flipped it rather quickly only for Colorado to bring it back to a 7 point game.

It was an exciting game to watch with all the momentum swings and the end of regulation and OT.
That I did not get. Baylor was coming off a 3-9 season and picked to be in the bottom 4 of the Big 12 conference. If it was Rutgers I’d be sitting in the stands piss off it took a miracle for us to beat them.

Yes P4 is a thing because the champ of the B12 and ACC almost certainly will get a playoff byes every year. There will be times they will get two teams in as well.
People like to make fun of the B12 and ACC and they will get a lot less money but I always rebut with there will be opportunities for schools to have big accomplishments they’ve not achieved before or in a long time. Money is just a means to an end not the end itself. They will have chances to make playoffs and maybe win a game or two at times.

I was all prepared to say " Go Knights" because I expected a special season like 2006. Now I have to settle for "Go Buffs." 🤣
Yup they're tied for 2nd with ISU so they have a better than outside shot actually. Schedule is doable, they just have to take care of business.
Only thing is now with conferences being so big and some without divisions, tie breakers can be convoluted so not sure how that would shake out for them if there happen to be a 3 or 4 way tie for spots.
Since you brought up ISU, made a note in another thread about Matt Campbell. Seems a lot of people think he is great, but his overall record for the 8-10 years he has been coaching does not seem to be fantastic. Had a couple of rough years in 2022-23, and he's having a good year this year. Thoughts on him?
