Always loved the Gold at Flanders - love hilly courses, which is probably why I used to play a lot there and at places like Sunset Valley and Warrenbrook.
Hadn't played Galloping Hill in probably 15 years until last year and they really put a lot of money into renovating/improving that course.
Haven't played yet this year, which is tough someone who used to play 3-4 times a week...
