I have never had a beer I wouldn't drink from stouts, ales, lagers, etc. Last night was Guinness, Boddington Ale, and a lager micro brew. He is an IPA fan, so he's good to go...

Never had it. The only Japanese whiskey I've had is a Suntori 12. It was good. But it did seem to lack a certain character. Almost like they set out to precisely reproduce a Scottish Highland whiskey and more or less succeeded.
