still breathing, but with a few regulars and an occasional part timer popping inI checked it out.....couldn't find a pulse.
Lol that guy was pretty funny...but yeah, that's definitely the way he went out.NYCbanker was sleeping with a married woman when her husband came home and he got whacked. RIP
Yeah he's still around.Unfortunately he's still acting like he knows things before others do, and being pretentious about it, elsewhere.
Yep, still there, but much less activity than it used to have. Used to post there some, but not in several years, at least. Some of the regulars there post here, too, like Leapin' Lou and Willis. Norm stopped posting there years ago, which is strange, as he was such an active member of the RU community.Grease Truck- does it still exist? You forgot FatcatSPK.
Good to know! I think Norm went on a bike - health kick thing and got away from Rutgers sports. That’s cool - good for him.Yep, still there, but much less activity than it used to have. I think Heaven might be TSopranoRU. Some similarities.
Meh…he was adequate.oldman87 is my favorite poster. All-time hilarious one liner comments
^^^^ That might be the least-active message board I've ever seen.Yep, still there, but much less activity than it used to have. Used to post there some, but not in several years, at least. Yeah, I recall him getting heavily involved in health stuff, but thought it was odd to go from being all-in on RU sports to being all-out. Usually people just back off somewhat in that situation.Good to know! I think Norm went on a bike - health kick thing and got away from Rutgers sports. That’s cool - good for him.
The epic poets had nothing on Jellyman. Every basketball game recap was somewhere between The Illiad and War and Peace length.During the Gary waters years the coaching staff used to read jellymans bball commentary and even asked John O to try and identify him if I remember the story correctly.
LawMatt (I know that's not the exact name, but I can't remember it) moved to the West Coast. His legacy is the board about what's going on at Rutgers other than in sports.LawMatt or something along those lines, he was a contributor to all of the Rutgers new construction threads.
There was another gent who was around maybe 10 years ago who used to always talk up Steakhouse 85 and his nephew working there. No recollection of his handle but I enjoyed his sarcastic wit.
I'll be at the Maryland game this year with my 12 and 9yr old sons.MozRU is still here from time to time, but he is busy raising his little ones. He brought one of his sons to the last home game last year. Was good to see him. It’s was a few years since he last made a game (it part to Covid).
I had no idea. How horrible. I thought he was just keeping low profile after sharing rules changes made his life less fun. So sad.Sadly he passed away in 2018 at the age of 53.
MoobyCow! That's a blast from the past name.Spreadsheet wizard, MoobyCow.
