Our Future All American QB

Only on a Rutgers fan board would an alum and supporter / moderator ridicule the intent of another looking ahead to a more positive future . He may be over the top in his post about QB but sometimes better to see it in a much different light.
Dude....do you understand how "humor," in any of its forms, works? There's absolutely NOTHING wrong with @DJ Spanky's response. NADA. Com'on man get a sense of humor :WooHoo:

Sure “ son” I totally remember when comedy was KING and people on this board had an actual grasp of what was acceptable. All I ‘m saying is simple, we all understand Al’s intent with this post and maybe just maybe , we should realize this particular recruit is another with potential for more wins and that ‘s good for all you youngin’s.

It is...doesn't mean Spank can't bust Al's chops a little...we all do...just like we all bust one another's...it's okay!

Exactly. Everyone knows Spanky is a Clown
I don’t t know about his side career but we have for too long allowed others to shat on the AD , current head coach , players and the school. Time Rutgers actually ( especially football ) realized we only give other B1G programs reasons to laugh at us. There is nothing wrong in what he posted about player X.

And everybody knows you're delusional (from Big Ron Green up to the present day) and a laughing stock on our opponents' message boards.
Tony Raciopi is a QB coach. It's good business to pump his clients. He was keen on Art and others. It appears AJ Surace may have more potential than Art, but we really will not know until he sees the college field. Part of the story for Art was that he was doomed with the Ash error and the rotating cast of characters at OC. Had he had a decent OC and OL, things may have turned out differently for him.

Artur beat Nebraska and Penn State, something we have yet to do. He was done in by being thrown to the wolves too early, and having an inadequate supporting cast. Thankfully, AJ won’t have to worry about similar issues, because we are stockpiling talent on offense like Duff and Braithwaite.

Al, we know your are a super fan at heart, and that's good. Often more than a little over the top for some of us, we can be different and all hope for the same thing- a successful team.

Al, love the enthusiasm and all but literally two months ago you had a thread title called "Ajani is our QB of the future." So is AJ not the future or is Ajani not? Which is it lmao 🤣 ?

Let’s leave Al alone and let him play by himself in his fantasy world

Al, have you given up on Gavin already?

"Artur beat Penn State", lol. Actually, he could have beaten them and stayed uninjured, but his delay in throwing to an open receiver in the end zone not only caused the game to go into an additional OT where another Illinois QB actually won the game, but resulted in an injury to Art.

The team got the win, so Artur gets the win

We’re going to have one hell of a competition in the future, which is the way it should be.

Really like Surace's mechanics and accuracy. Granted this was without pads and no pressure, but overall, kid looks real fluid!

Im glad to see his deep ball improving.
Yea. Deep ball looks much improved.

Saw the kid play against subpar competition. Notre Dame is not a talented team so that should say a lot. But AJ has potential. He gets nice pop in his short and intermediate routes and delivers on time with pace. The line at ND is awful so doesn’t give time for lengthy routes to develop but those throws when made floated and got way from him.

Kid can be good but needs time to develop.
