Correct, and with the state of the world these days, including COVID, the insane messaging, social media, we have a mental health crisis among our young people today.

Wishing the best for him... I have people close to me who struggle with anxiety and know that there are times when they need to break away to get help. Hopefully he's able to get back to a more normal life and the game he loves.

This is the shit that breeds skepticism. Serious anxiety is not because of anything systemic. It’s not because of COVID and you don’t get to blame Facebook. There is not a crisis among our youth. The participation trophy generation are entitled brats that think 5 hours without an hour break is sacrilegious. Anxiety is a very serious problem and ruins lives and most people have no clue how to help or address it. You’re riding on the back of its seriousness by adding this bullshit. You are harming the cause for helping those with mental health problems. Shame on you.

Maybe you should just stay in your lane and keep your dumbass thoughts to yourself instead of assuming this kids anxiety is due to a “cell phone”.

Everyone here, read my post he responded to and then read his reply. If you guys know him personally, It’s worrisome. Check on his well being.
Methinks that you may not know much about Anxiety Disorders or that you don't believe the kid has an anxiety disorder.
Maybe I don’t know the extent of what he’s personally going through like everyone else.
But I hope he’s back Sunday.
He loves the game of hoops and hopefully he can be on the court doing what he enjoys
