With the recent NCAA waiver court ruling and Jeremiah’s pending gambling issue:

I’ll guess…Jeremiah was a bullfrog.
The NCAA will probably do something silly like wait until the regular season is over to declare him eligible. Of course Rutgers may already be out of at-large consideration at that point.

My guess is that he’ll be cleared to play in the second half of the Nebraska game, at the RAC, January 17th.

I don't trust the NCAA. I say wait until the final ruling not the temporary one so he doesn't get screwed out of eligibility.

They were ready to clear him to play and then they realized it was for Rutgers and pulled back the approval.
