We were getting smoked by 3 pointers but like in the past few years, we didn't hang our heads and feel sorry for ourselves. Instead, we played with an amazing sense of urgency to get a great win. It's easy to criticize that Hartford was beating us, but this was an important step in the building process, I thought this was a great win. I'm proud of this team that it showed some toughness. Hartford putting us to this test was actually a good thing for this team. I was screaming my head off in during that 5 minute run and left the building feeling great. I didn't matter if it was Hartford.. I'm proud of this team!!

Was at the RAC yesterday and the place was really rocking the last few minutes. Love that venue. The noise level our fans delivered definitely affected Hartford.
I hope more RU fans jump on this positive wave from the men's bball team. The crowd wasn't great on Wednesday but Friday's turnout was welcoming. We need more fans to support this team -- this brand of basketball is very refreshing and exciting to watch.
The "knight and day" mantra definitely hit nail on the head.

Agree with the above posts. Though the place was a little over half full, the noise level by those in attendance was amazing. Our guys fed off it and I agree, Hartford got rattled by it.
Only 4m fans and the place is rocking. Hope to see an uptick in attendance to support this team. The team really responded as the crowd got into it...love to see place packed for BIG
This team will lose its fair share of games, especially in conference. But, the team plays hard, is well coached and is entertaining to watch. So, the fans should come out to support the team's effort. After two decades of losing, it's not clear they will absent a winning team. But, who knows, a real RAC home court advantage could tip the scales in RU's favor in a couple of close games leading to a winning record for the first time in years.
I was there Friday and Yeah, love the "knight and day" signs. I was 4 seats behind the bench and yelled to Coach P "night and day" coach and he gave me a thumbs up, lol. Crowd definitely effected Hartford and just before we tied it up the band started with "we will rock you" and I knew at that point we would win... it was awesome!
