You guys bitching about the refs are worse than peeps complaining about slow RU starts. We lost because of the 3. Stop it
Our guys were gassed in the 2nd half. Unreal to even keep it close the way Purdue was hitting 3’s
Purdue earned it. Lots of weapons. But what a performance by Rutgers and coach Pike. Really impressive.

They've absolutely had some WTF games and moments this year but every day this week RU looked like one of those 11-12 seeds who are in a one possession game on Thursday of the NCAA tournament with 45 seconds left.
That was fun. The team should feel good about themselves. Purdue was just a little better
Proud of the team. Forced Purdue to take it to another level, which was the only way they won.
Awesome game and effort by both teams. Hope Corey comes back. Looking forward to recruiting and next season.

They should have let the players decide. Instead they rewarded playacting on Purdue's side (who clearly made all the shots), were blind when they needed to be and shamelessy made those calls seeing everything's Purdue's way.

cannot fault him at all but i mean thats game right there..make two and you are down 1 with what 30 seconds and then who knows what happens. RU had to play a perfect game

down the stretch it was just Corey and some Baker...you had to ride them and couldnt go to anyone else...Purdue..as bad as Drago was for much of the game...because Purdue was so deadly from outside, they were able to put him back in and it became tougher to defend them at that point. Purdue earned this thats for sure, they had to make shots and then close it on defense
Minnesota game I called out during game thread that RU would lose by 7 though up by 5.. I was grilled by some. I threw in that RU would lose by 7 in pregame picks before last nights game. Tonight someone asked where my prediction was. Of course I went on and said RU loses by 7.
Agree. Hats off to the young man. If not for him were not in that position. He was spectacular.
If mike wasn't fouled neither was Edwards.
Few bad plays down the ends..Thiam and Corey definitely offensive..arm and shoulder.
Would have liked to see Baker as option there and not force.

Refs didn't steal this one, Purdue making 350 three pointers did. RU played a game for the ages with the effort, the shooting, the collective nutsack.

yeah but then they called foul the other end and Corey got his one and one so does mike make his...could have changed the game
Yes. If Williams hit two shots there it would’ve been a one point deficit with a minute left. And don’t forget, if that foul had been called on Williams, Corey’s would’ve been two shots instead of one and one. The no call in that situation was huge.
