This may indicate things about to get more serious. A buddy in the Tulsa athletic department told me that Rutgers was gauging the interest of another friend of mine who currently is an associate head coach at Tulsa. Don't want to name names, but I'm sure it's easy enough to figure out. The question is who from Rutgers is gauging interest and what kind of time table, if any, are we talking about.

I wouldn't assume it's Flood. I wouldn't expect an assistant coach on the mid major level be elevated to HC at the P5 level. If anything I think it's more likely it could be a replacement for an assistant coach on our staff.

if he's your friend, why are you exposing him on a public message board? Also, look at his profile on the tulsa website - definitely wouldn't be a HC candidate.
