Yep, this is the best option, 100% agree. Only thing is it will cost more than $20 million. It's worth it though IMO.

It always comes down to money which separates the haves from the have nots regardless if its coaching salaries or facilities.

We shouldn't expect any major dollars to significantly upgrade RAC until we start to see a major bump in attendance... our numbers are not good. As we improve the team, attendance should go up and the better chance for RAC investment.
