We've already landed Bo and Clark, head to head targets includes Singleton, Hansard, Bolds, Carter, Bell and soon to be Hand.
You often accuse others of picking on you due to your defending the indefensible Paterno, you can probably help yourself in that regard by stop putting negative RU slant in just about every thing else you post.
Exactly. He said we weren't landing "Michigan level recruits" - PERIOD - was shot down proven wrong and now is spinning. This guy is a clown. Just go away already.
Again, that is not what you said. Several instances I almost spoke up for you because I first thought you were being treated unfairly, it's a good thing I checked your posting history before speaking out. It's not a negative slant at all, I've just been around Rutgers long enough to not trust any commit until signing day because every 4* recruit we get a commit from normally flips before signing day. That's just a fact. It completely sucks but why would I get all upset like many of this board does if these guys leave? After Rene, Barkley, and the 2014 class, forgive me if I'm cautious to count these recruits until they actually send in their LOI
See what beating Michigan, even once, does for you?RU coaches will be one of the schools at the position camps in Columbus, you were the only other B1G team invited.

Akron Buck has the correct take from this. imho. OSU might have a backlog at certain posiitons in certain years and they just cannot take another guy there because Urban Meyer is juts kiling it. I'd love to get those guys that are really good enough for OSU but there is just no room at the inn. And these kinds know that they will play in the Big House twice in their careers at Rutgers. This is the biggest benefit. A lot of good players in Ohio that will not get tOSU offers. I would rather them go to Rutgers than MSU or _ichigan.

Let's revisit this in February when the LOI's are sent in and see if I was wrong.
Seriously, DNA needs a timeout.Oh goody, now you're betting against us.
Mods, can we get a ban here?

And you seriously can't see the recurring theme in each of these instances.[eyeroll]After Rene, Barkley, and the 2014 class, forgive me if I'm cautious to count these recruits until they actually send in their LOI
Is it "teaming up"? Or did Meyer feel the need to schedule a NJ camp opposite Michigan, and the fact that Ash is the Rutgers head coach provide him an easier opportunity to do so?
Don't get me wrong, these camps are certainly not a bad thing for Rutgers. But if we're breaking down the reasons they're happening, it's 99% because OSU feels it was a way to counter Harbaugh's presence in NJ and MAYBE 1% because they're "aligned" with Rutgers.
People here are acting as if the B1G East is Survivor and Urban's going to drag Ash to the finale, when in reality, Urban only does things because they benefit Urban. His history is proof of that.
And why would Urban want that?
HINT: It isn't because he gives a flying you-know-what about Rutgers.
Like I said, 1%, probably less than that.
Also, the only way RU will out-recruit Michigan in NJ, or anywhere else, is if Chris Ash changes the culture, gets people excited about the program, and then wins. Attending a camp in your own state where another program is the headliner won't suddenly put RU on an equal playing field with Michigan; if THAT'S what you're hanging your hat on to improve your recruiting in NJ, Ash has an even steeper hill to climb than I believed previously.

We all know what DNA stands to, dick nosed asshole.
He's got three accounts(Reppin jerk) and slants everything to a loser mentality, super Saint Joe pa fan, really is just a pure liar.
He calls me a troll all the time, but in reality everything 95% that's optimistic is an opportunity for him to lie or dig up the bad years and how rutgers expectations can be really nothing over .500.He calls, me a troll, but really I just don't like liars on this board and will continue to call him on his BS. Go ahead DNA , open another handle
You can't state something is a fact when there is regime change. Yes, 4 stars flipped under Flood but no really under Schiano. Is that not also a fact? I know it's easier for you to relate to things involving PSU and JOPA so I'll try to make it easier for you. Under JOPA PSU's coach sh$t his pants on the field. Does that mean Franklin will sh$t his pants? Do we have to wait a few more years before he can prove he won't sh$t his pants? Are all your D coordinators pedophiles? It's not a negative slant at all, I've just been around Rutgers long enough to not trust any commit until signing day because every 4* recruit we get a commit from normally flips before signing day. Ash has been telling anyone who will listen we don't have the talent he needs. You thinks he's telling the recruits otherwise?I understand the coaching change and yes, schiano had flips. I'm not saying I'm not happy with what Ash is doing. Getting big high caliber o lineman will be key to Odin's success. I just know that for the last few years I've gotten excited about these 4* guys who commit to us, just to be let down before signing day. Sue me if I'm cautious of anything before a LOI is sent in. My biggest concern is these guys flipping if we struggle this year be Flood was so god awful at recruiting, I don't know that we have the talent to be competitive this year.

i think it was sheridanGood stuff. Any one know who the last Rutgers player from Ohio was?
