Rutgers is (momentarily) second in the B1G!!!

With Maryland’s loss Rutgers sits alone at second place in the Big Ten for the time being. While this could change very quickly it goes to show how far Pikiell has brought this program. NOTE: With a win tomorrow we would be one game out of first and 1.5 games ahead of second. With a loss we would likely be tied for third.

It's kind fun seeing a ranked Ohio State down near the bottom looking all the way up at :Rutgersutgers. :)

This morning's game at Illinois is absolutely huge and presents a great opportunity for Rutgers. A win keeps us in second place with two home games coming up. It also keeps our momentum and winning streak going. And it virtually assures a ranking in the polls that come out on Monday. It's been a long time since we've had a chance to make such a big splash on the national scene, so hopefully, our guys will get it done.
