Lakewood (Ohio) St. Edward three-star ATH Tony Butler told me a couple hours ago he thought he was going to pick up an offer from Rutgers tonight and I should have trusted him because he just notified me that became official a few minutes ago. His 3rd offer in the last 25 hours, and his 16th overall.
