Sarkisian analyst with no player contact, now OC????

sitting in a film room with no player contact and no on field duties all year...you now pull together a game plan in one week???
interacting with the players is critical. I get it, kiffin is a different dude, but a change now with a coach who has not had any player interaction all year???
curious how this plays out

He can have contact with the players, he just can't be an on the field coach. If he is watching film I'm betting a lot of players are watching with him and Sark is pointing stuff out.
