Fork in the road...take it.
AL I agree 100%. This is a huge game!
Don't like that its a blackout game. Those black uni's have some bad karma.
Or maybe not. Maybe they will perform up to expectations and lose big to the good teams, but still beat the middling to bad ones. Like last year where we managed to beat Maryland and Indiana despite getting stomped by MSU etc.Things are either going to snowball in a good way or in the opposite way. Like always i'm expecting the best.
Ok Mrs. Flood we get it. Just go 1-0 this week.it is just another game on the schedule. After this game we have Michigan Ohio State Nebraska and the rest. One game at a time Gents dont make this any bigger then the rest of the games. I
Why?Ok Mrs. Flood we get it. Just go 1-0 this week.
But the reality of the situation is much closer to Als post
Couldnt disagree more. Last year they started the Big Ten play with a game they should have won. This year they weren't in the game. Another one like that or worse would be tough to recover from. The players also know Michigan is a whole new team as is Indiana. Why?
This isnt a team that is lacking in confidence. Its a team that is lacking in skill and to a lesser extent experience. Not that its impossible that beating MSU fires them up - but its also equally likely that it does nothing but put another W up there - much needed, but having no significant impact on the other 7 games.
Have to agree, can't say you're really sticking your neck out with that prediction (unfortunately.) It's what we do,Or maybe not. Like last year where we managed to beat Maryland and Indiana despite getting stomped by MSU etc.
Conversely, we could knock off a dinged up MSU in a huge upset, and still lose to the rest of the good teams, and then lose a game to an Indiana we shouldnt (in fact I will predict it right now - if we somehow beat MSU - we will lose to Indiana.)

I'm kinda over the "1-0" thing, too, it IS about the entire season, in the end, right?
