Secret Scrimmages

Nebraska beat Iowa St. 92-84 today. They also beat Mississippi St in a hurricane relief game in Starkville.

The article I just read says that the Nebraska & Iowa State game was competitive but Iowa State took the lead in the last 5 minutes. It is under google.

Russ

Can you release the box score from Monmouth?

Also what was the scrimmage score from Yale (10.28)?

Thanks

MO
I do not have a box score. I happened to be on the emple message board and that's where I saw that tweet I embedded in this thread.

I do not know the scrimmage score from Yale.

Edit. Got stat picture.

I can’t get the picture of the stat sheet to transfer. I’m on my phone and I’m dumb. Here is the written part from the Nebraska Rivals Basketball guy:

Nebraska hosted Iowa State for its annual "secret scrimmage", and the Huskers came away with a 92-84 victory this afternoon.

James Palmer once again led the way for NU with a game-high 23 points, while Glynn Watson followed up with 19 and Jack McVeigh added 17 on 4-of-4 shooting from 3-point range.

Nebraska shot 51.8% from the field and 52.6% from 3-point range (10-of-19), and out-rebounded the Cyclones 30-23.

Evan Taylor had 6 points and a game-high six assists.

The Huskers shot 24-of-29 (82.8%) from the free-throw line, including hitting 15-of-16 in the second half.
