Take him to the Lynton Towers, or the second academic floor of Hardenbergh hall, where the bathroom looks like something out of a horror movie set. I'd love to see some more renovation and not just new building.
The ventilation in the Towers is so bad that we're holding open fire doors with empty water bottles to try and get some fresh air. The heat shields on the heaters are dented to the point where they don't fully cover the heating elements. The lounge and hallway Windows have no screens. Door cushions on the wall have long since fallen apart, and new ones are never put in. The elevators break repeatedly too. We've only had 1/2 elevators since day one this year, it broke on move in day, and is still broken a week later.
They replaced the perfectly good room furniture in every room in the towers with new furniture. Meanwhile, the rec room still has an air hockey table with a hole in the middle. Just throw the darn thing out.
For the record, I lived in the towers last year, and every single problem I'm listing was there then too.
