Can't and won't remember his name....but think we need a mobile QB who can roll our, run, pass or pitch it to keep him in check. Last year he was distributive .....and aside from our implosion almost single handedly responsible for our "L".

This year we need to drop our foot on the "O" gas peddle (Runs.....and Passes mixed in) ....and keep scoring/ never ever stop. Also need Darius back / JPO, Wilkins, Mera / the Kemoko Express to eclipse the Temple 10 sacks.

I want a "W"....and I don't want to win it by just a point or fg.

Anthony Zettel is his name. Thankfully, they lost their big time LB Hull. But their defense is still gonna be great. It's on PJ to have a much bigger game than he did last year. The added threat of Hicks and Martin will be imperative as well; our ability to keep our RBs fresh will be a major strength the entire year. But whoever the QB is will need to do a good job getting rid of the ball quickly; TTFP's front 7 is nothing to mess with.

We're in for a helluva fight, especially in Crappy Valley. But I think we pull it off.

The same way the Owls did!!! If Temple can do it, RU shouldn't have any problem. But it's still 2 weeks away and PSU will improve + they are at home..Need a big game from Carroo ....

If Turay and Hamilton are both 100% it may not matter as much because Sackenberg might be on his back or better, coughing up the ball from getting hit. Their O Line was really, really bad. Not sure how much better they can get in two weeks! If Franklin starts messing with it to find a better combo it might take even longer to mesh.

But yeah, our QBs should manage the game and let the playmakers run wild!

Think about WSU first .
The Cougars are Rutgers next opponent, let the Bulls worry about that D-line player

Thankfully we are fans and are able to discuss any game at any point with no effects on the outcome. Us focusing on WSU first doesn't really make sense.

But talking about Penn St so much seems more like an obsession than general discussion .
Seems like some are focused on Penn St more than the next opponent.

Their other D lineman, Anthony Johnson has improved sooo much , he is probably now a first round draft pick , along w Zettle. McDaniels used some double tight end against Norfolk St, count on him using it even more against PSU, along w a FB to help out with double teaming Zettle//Johnson or both. Quick hits, 3 step drops, and a low scoring game , like last year, will probably be the style we see.

Last year, while Zettel played great against us, it was the DE Barnes who IMO had the better game against us. Barnes ate up Taj Alexander and made a living on pressuring Nova. The good news is Barnes is gone, although I agree that Johnson has become a force in the middle.

Our DEs weren't very good yesterday, we lost one of our starting LBers for the season and had two other injured. In addition, we had one of starting CBs out with an injury. To boot, neither Zettel or Johnson played well yesterday. Those two will be fine but we could be in some serious trouble at LB.

Too bad Wartman White, your MLB, will lose the year.

Yeah, feel bad for him. Also sounds like Bell is just prone to being knicked up constantly.

They still haven't said what's wrong with Breneman but his football career may be over.
