Tell NJ dot com to stop littering...

You know that "Local Ledger" that is delivered to your driveway whether you want it or not??? It's full of flyers from advertisers and its free. Mine comes on a Friday in a plastic bag. It's put out by NJ Advanced Media who owns NJ dot com. Call the circulation department (number is on page 2) and tell them to stop delivery...they are littering by putting something on my driveway that I don't want. Even though it's free, they get paid by the advertisers on the basis of the circulation. We need to cut down on their circulation and demand that they stop delivering!! It's always nice to explain to the nice ladies (not being sarcastic) in the circulation/delivery department your reason.

I used to just kick it in the street. If it gets run over by a car in the rain it pretty much dissolves. I don't clean up others litter.

I have to call every 2 weeks! They stop for a little while then just continue to litter after 2 weeks as if i never called. I caught the guy red-handed the one week and he was scared shitless when I confronted him. Who the hell has time to read these? They go straight to the trash.

You do realize they're not littering, don't you? What they're doing is a public service, dropping off extra toilet paper for those in need.

I finally got my local free paper (greater media) delivery cancelled. Whenever it snowed the plastic bag would get tangled in my snowblower & seize the auger. After he said he keeps "forgetting" I threatened to bring a restraining order against the delivery guy if he continued to litter. He suddenly figured out which house doesn't get the paper.
