We were a year ahead of schedule making the playoffs this year, I had anticipated 2-3 regular season losses (Oklahoma and 1 or 2 of Wisky, PSU, and TTUN). We will, again, be replacing a number of early entrants (2 so far, expect 2-4 more) but we're getting a massive upgrade on the offensive coaching staff and the youngest team in the country is going to be hungry to prove themselves next year. Is it August 31st yet?

again, where was the D? The offense had some chances and blew it but the D was awful. Clemson had 24 first downs and almost 500 yards of offense!

Clemson against Alabama: 511 yards, 31 first downs. Still feel the same way?

These resurrected threads are so F'N confusing. I read three-fourths of the posts before I realized this was an old thread and the discussion was about Clemson - OSU. I thought it was about the National Championship Game last night. There should be a board rule against this type of thing.

I find it funny that Rutgers fans refer to Penn State as TTFP while Buckeye fans refer to Michigan as TTUN (that team up north.)

I believe the difference in the game was speed. Clemson looked faster and a bit more physical, just all around better athletes. That was this year, next year OSU will be a much better team.

When did Rutgers start calling Penn State that? Been following RU since 2004-2005 (I'm only 23) so I missed out on the yearly beatdowns from them and never really heard them referred to as TTFP until RU joined the B1G.

You'd be correct...."TTFP" only started in '14 when Rutgers joined the B1G under the former coach.
