Its well known from MANY studies that their are higher rates of PTSD among certain minorities.
Nobody says they are born or not born to be more inclined toward PTSD because of race itself
More distinction is given to environment, culture etc.
When kids grow-up abandoned by a parent, surrounded by violence, lack of resources etc then they will be more prone to certain triggers - the PTSD stress pump is primed. Unsurprisingly the people who have least PTSD are Asians.
