It is fascinating to watch because of the almost white out conditions.
I feel like that bowl has crappy weather every year. As does the one in New Mexico
Haha snowing in Texas and it's 55 here in Columbus.
Aren't both of those stadiums in the Rocky Mountains?
LOL. No.

Can't be happening. Recruiting is the most important aspect of the game.I know people say that Miami is loaded with four& five-star recruits but they sure don't play very well. I think many of these kids are over rated which is why Golden crashed and burned in Miami. To say their issues are all a lack of coaching is wrong. The Miami teams during the late 80's and throughout the 90's were loaded much better Athletes. I know some people got offended by their antics but they were extremely successful.
Valley of the Sun is surrounded by mountain's IIRC..Juarez is the Texas Tijuana...wild west drugs and bordello's....fringes of Sierra Madre....N.M. get's it too...I always thought West Texas was a desert...i'd been through El Paso in my teens.. now El Centro,Cal IS a desert in the middle of Death Valley..Isn't that the mantra that teams from the North have, that teams from the South don't want to play up North late in the year?
Wait, isn't El Paso on the border with Mexico? LOL
I went through there UA from the Corps in 70.....Wrong. New Mexico's stadium is over a mile above sea level. The Sun Bowl is 3000+ feet above sea level. But LOL.
Edit: Not the Rocky Mountains, but they are in the moutains.

I respectfully disagree. I watched the game and I refuse to believe that Miami is loaded with 4* & 5* recruits. Not sure if they had a ranking system during the late 80's and the early 90s but those were much better teams. Yes coaching will help this team but it will not be the only answer. It's coaching. Mark Richt will make that team better immediately.
It shows how bad Golden and his staff are.
The general argument is that SEC teams don't schedule games in the cold not Southern teams. I still wish there was a way to have college football pit one conference against another each year (like the NFL does) and force matchups we rarely ever see. There have been a few SEC games played in the north, but not many at all. It would be fun to see teams from the south play in the cold and teams from the north face severe heat.
Btw, the team from the South didn't win did they? Lol
This...It's coaching. Mark Richt will make that team better immediately.

Between 2012 and 2015 the Canes recruited 32 / 4* and 3 / 5* players. Maybe not the 80's type talent, but plenty of exceptional players. Golden and his staff are terrible, watch what happens when Richt takes over. The only team I saw coached as bad as the Canes was our own team. Both squads unprepared to start a game and no adjustments at the half week in and week out...I respectfully disagree.
