There really is no change with NW as coach, Flood doesn't do anything on game day anyway

Flood really does not do anything during games.

He delegates to the offensive coordinator as he know nothing about offense (bad co-OC) and he obviously knows nothing about defense if he doesn't make adjustments when a team is passing all over us.

so it should really be status quo the next 3 weeks.
